Lainey Kay Rapsavage, 6 weeks, Warsaw, was released into God’s arms  at 2:50 p.m. Oct. 9, 2016, at Riley Hospital for Children, Indianapolis. 
She was born Aug. 22, 2016, in Warsaw, to Ryan and Lindsay Dixon Rapsavage. 
She attended Warsaw Community Church with her family.
Survivors include her parents, Ryan and Lindsay Rapsavage, Warsaw; a brother Raiden Rapsavage, Warsaw; maternal grandparents, Michael Dixon, Warsaw, and Jacob and Stephanie Yahne, North Webster; paternal grandparents, Roger Rapsavage and Corliss Rapsavage, both of Warsaw; maternal great-grandparents, John and Rita Radke, Warsaw, and Steve and Kay Walter, Larwill; paternal great-grandparents, Phil and Eleanor Rapsavage, Warsaw; and maternal great-great-grandmothers, Alice Parker, Larwill, and Jackie Yahne, Goshen.
Interment services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw, with Pastor Denny Wilson of Warsaw Community Church officiating. 
Visitation will be from noon to 4 p.m. Sunday at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw.
