SILVER LAKE -ÊA Lagro man was arrested on a warrant Tuesday for allegedly molesting a child in Silver Lake.
Donald Bruce Hawkins, also known as B.J. Hawkins, 29, of 844 Washington St., Lagro, was booked into the Kosciusko County Jail at 12:34 p.m. Tuesday on a charge of child molesting. His bond was set at $50,000.
Hawkins allegedly molested a young female in the Silver Lake area more than a year ago. The girl was not a member of Hawkins' family.
After reviewing information in the case, the Kosciusko County Prosecutor's Office issued a warrant for Hawkins' arrest Tuesday.
