GOSHEN – Warsaw’s Adree Beckham placed second overall to lead the?Lady Tigers to a first-place finish at Saturday’s Northern Lakes Conference girls cross country meet at Ox Bow Park.
The Lady Tigers had a team score of 32.
Beckham ran the race in 19:05, while Wini Barnett was third (19:38), Remi Beckham was sixth (20:00), Angie Sanchez placed ninth (20:14), and Ava Knight came in 12th (20:32).
Wawasee placed sixth, with McKenzie Smith finishing 10th (20:26.34), Bailey Mayhew placing 24th (21:32.2), Emma Ebright coming in 25th (21:37.3), Lily Tyler placing 31st (21:51.84), and Ella Beazley finishing 42nd (22:49.49).
Elkhart Memorial’s Morgan Dyer led all runners in 18:47.31.
Warsaw placed third (81) in the boys race, while Wawasee placed fifth (109).
Zeb Hernandez was fourth (16:32.09) for the Tigers, while Sam Lechlitner placed 11th (16:53.31), Tanner Stiver finished 15th (17:11.56), Jacob Kissling came in 20th (17:19.91 and Harrison Phipps placed 31st (17:40.07).
Wawasee’s Spencer Hare placed sixth (16:35.8), Michael Hammer was 10th (16:50.25), Luke Griner came in 12th (16:58.66), Thomas Conley finished fourth (17:51.56) and Karlson Hand came in fifth (18:05.87).
Elkhart Memorial won the meet (59 points), while Goshen’s Felix Perez Diener led all runners (16:08.78).
Warsaw’s girls team won the JV meet (15 points). Alex Hermann won in (21:01.10), while Amanda Lusinde was second (21:01.42), Hanna Bloemendaal placed third (21:17.24), Carmen Yoder placed fourth (21:27.54), and Macelyn Marcuccilli was fifth (21:28.16).
Wawasee placed third (89). Katlin Van Fleeren finished 12th (22.27.7) for the Lady Warriors, while Devin Haskins was 25th (23:54.76), Mariah Hurst placed 30th (24:14.64), Autumn?Turner came in 32nd (24:17.95), and Jada Carder placed 38th (24:28.64).
Warsaw placed third in the JV boys meet (84), with Goshen placing first (67) and Wawasee finishing eighth (191).
Warsaw’s Anthony?Bass was third (18:10.67), while Austin Fleming was 12th (18:37.42), Luke Howard came in 19th (18:46.66), Marston Norris was 23rd (18:58.98), and Nate Knecht placed 27th (19:01.22).

Lady Squires Win Three Rivers Conference Meet
AKRON – Torina Runkel placed fifth to lead the Manchester cross country team to a first-place finish at Saturday’s Three Rivers Conference meet at Tippecanoe Valley.
Manchester had a team score of 39, while Valley was sixth (149) and Whitko finished seventh (196)..
Manchester’s Kambree Cashdollar placed seventh (20:56.6), while Halle Briner was eighth (21:07.7), Katie Barker came in ninth (21:08.2) and Jaelyn Webb finished 10th (21:11.3).
Valeria Jimenez placed 21st for the Lady Vikings (22:30.4), while Haley Hoover placed 26th (23:16.3), Ava Craig was 32nd (24:16.1), Lorena Santiago came in 33rd (24:35.7) and Marissa McLean placed 37th (25:41.4).
Whitko’s Lily Spurlin was 25th (23:00.8), while Amaya Norman came in 39th (25:55.1), Amanda Leppek placed 43rd (26:45.9), Liz Foutz was 44th (28:18.8) and Laura Jackson came in 45th (31:44.6).

Warsaw Takes First At Own Invitational
LA PORTE – The?Warsaw girls volleyball team won its own invitational Saturday at the Dunes Volleyball?Club.
The Lady Tigers topped Triton 25-10, 25-12, before beating Wheeler 25-16, 15-11, defeating Reeth Puffer (Mich.) 25-18, 25-19, and winning 25-18, 20-25, 20-18 over Mishawaka Marian in the title match.
Kacy Bragg recorded 13 kills, 19 digs, 65 assists and eight blocks for the Lady Tigers (25-7), while Kylie Smith tallied 38 digs, Elizabeth?Schmidt had 25 digs, Addie Dickeroff notched 11 digs and McKenna Hawblitzel had 10 digs and six aces.
Offensively,?Betty?Barnett had 31 kills for Warsaw, while Katie Swanson posted 21 kills and Kennedy?Lauck registered 18 kills.
Valley split the difference at the invite, winning 25-16, 25-21 over Wawasee and 16-25, 25-17, 15-9. over Wheeler.
The Lady Vikings (15-4) lost 25-16, 25-18 to Michigan City and 26-25, 25-14 to North Judson.
In addition to the loss to Wawasee, Valley also lost 14-25, 25-23, 15-13 to John Glenn.
The Lady Warriors (13-16) defeated Concord 25-20, 25-23 and South Bend?Clay 25-20, 25-12.
Wawasee’s Madison Simmons tallied 33 digs, 12 kills and 10 assists, while Elizabeth?Kleopfer tallied 15 kills and 34 assists, Peyton Rookstool had 13 kills and Janae Hapner posted 11 kills.
Wawasee’s Brooke Heche posted 24 digs and 10 aces, while Ashley Vazquez recorded 11 assists.
Triton went 1-3 on the day. In addition to the loss to Warsaw, the Lady Trojans lost 25-19, 25-16 to Concord and 25-19, 25-17 to Buchanan (Mich.).
Triton beat South Bend Clay 25-20, 19-25, 16-14.
Warsaw’s JV team placed second out of 16 teams at the invite.
The Lady Tigers topped Michigan City 25-15, 25-13 before beating?Wawasee 25-19, 25-15 and defeating Tippecanoe Valley 25-22, 25-20.
Warsaw lost 25-23, 25-23 to Mishawaka Marian in the championship match.
Gwyn Bellamy tallied 13 kills, 11 digs, eight aces and seven blocks for the Lady Tigers, while Katie Schmidt recorded 26 digs and 15 aces.
Warsaw’s Kendra Love posted 26 digs and nine aces, while Sierra Derrossett had 13 kigs and nine kills, Sydney Morel posted 20 kills and Tessa Wood had 17 kills.
Warsaw’s Abbie Porter recorded 58 assists and 19 digs.
Tippecanoe Valley went 2-2 at the invite. The Lady Vikings beat John?Glenn 25-17, 20-25, 15-10, and Concord 21-25, 25-21, 15-11.
In addition to their loss to Warsaw, the Lady Vikings (19-7) also lost 25-24, 15-25 to New Prairie.
Wawasee’s JV squad (16-6) defeated Buchanan 25-11, 25-12, South Bend St. Joseph 25-24, 25-23 and Concord 25-24, 20-25, 15-14.
Emma Dippon led the?Lady Warriors (16-6) with 21 kills, 10 assists and five blocks, while Leslie Vazquez posted 13 kills and 20 digs, and Dylan Konieczny recorded 12 kills.
Wawasee’s Delaney Hare recorded 31 digs, while Morgan Heche, Kai Jamora and Leslie Vazquez had 20 digs.
Jamora also registered 34 assists, while Corin?Nyce recorded 21 assists.
Squires Achieve 100-Goal Mark In Victory
BERNE – The Manchester boys soccer team surpassed 100 goals on the season with a 10-0 rout Saturday at South Adams.
Caleb Stout pulled off a hat trick, including the first goal of the match to reach 100 on the year for the Squires.
Michael Wirsing and Brandon Wagoner each scored two goals for Manchester, while Sam Reichenbach, Mathias McLaughlin and Dylan Brubaker also scored.
Isaiah Davis tallied three assists, while Reichenbach, Brubaker, Dyson Rosen and Logan Isbell also assisted on goals.
The?Squires finished the regular season 15-0, outscoring their opponents 109-9.
Reimink Scores Three In Lady?Cougars’ Loss
ELKHART – Anna Reimink’s hat trick was not enough as the Lakeland Christian girls soccer team lost 6-3 Saturdy at Eklhart Christian.
The Lady Cougars (11-3-2) will have a chance to redeem themselves with a match against Elkhart Christian Tuesday at 7 p.m. in the first round of the Westview Sectional.
Manchester Edged By South Adams
BERNE – The Manchester girls soccer team lost 2-1 Saturday at South Adams.
Addie?Haecker’s goal in the second half gave the?Lady Squires the lead, but South Adams responded with two goals.
Manchester coach Jen Birch credited Lex Donathan, Haley Clifford, Gabbie Brewer, Hadley?Schannep and Kindra Stetzel with leading the defense.
