Lady Squires Roll To 70-46 Conference Win Over PeruPERU – Senior Cierra Carter scored 25 points and classmate Bailey Sewell added 10 points for Manchester in its 70-46 Three Rivers Conference girls basketball win at Peru Wednesday night. Emma West scored eight points, and Kennedy Fierstos and Sydney Day added five points each for the Lady Squires. Day led Manchester with eight rebounds. Manchester was a 39-21 winner over the Lady Tigers in the junior varsity game. Kyrsten Eakright scored 12 points in the game, with Gabbie Brewer scoring nine and , Mackenzie Day adding eight points for the Lady Squires. The JV now has a 6-0 record in the TRC, and 12-6 overall. The varsity team is 10-8 overall, and 3-3 in the conference. The Lady Squires travel to Wabash to take on the Lady Apaches Friday night.
