LAUREL, Md. - Rhonda Levin Kurtis, a 1971 Warsaw Community High School graduate, received her master's degree in herbal medicine in June 2009.Kurtis earned her degree at Tai Sophia Institute, Laurel, Md.
She is the daughter of Saralee and Howard Levin, Warsaw. The mother of two children, Kurtis resides in northern Virginia.
She also received a bachelor's degree in economics from Northwestern University in 1975 and a juris doctor degree from Valparaiso University School of Law in 1978.
