Kristoff M. “Kris” Chambers, 28, of Warsaw, passed away at 4:34 p.m. on Wednesday, March 3, 2021, at his home.
He was born on Oct. 2, 1992, in Kingston, Jamaica, to Christopher and Paula “Nancy” Morgan Chambers.
He graduated from Ossining High School in Ossining, N.Y., and was a United States Marine Corps. veteran. He was married on Feb. 1, 2018, in Pensacola, Fla., to Alexandra M. “Ally” Cox, who survives. He moved to the Warsaw area in July 2019 from Pensacola, Fla. He was employed at Lippert Components (formerly Challenger Door) in Nappanee and formerly worked at Pierceton Woods Academy.
He is survived by wife, Ally Chambers, of Warsaw; daughter, Aliyanna Chambers, of New York; mother, Nancy Chambers, in Jamaica; father and stepmother, Christopher (Briggett Brown) Chambers, of Ossining, N.Y.; brother, Peter –John Chambers, of Ossining, N.Y.; among several other siblings in Jamaica; special cousin, Reheem Chambers, of Warsaw; grandmother, Dorothy Chambers, in New York; mother- and father-in-law, Nick and Michelle Cox, of Pierceton; brother and sister-in-law, Nicholas (Shannen) Cox, of Syracuse.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. on Friday, March 12 at Owen Family Funeral Home, St. Rd. 13 and CR 500N, North Webster. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 13 in the funeral home. Private family burial will be in the Hillcrest Cemetery in Pierceton at a later date.
