The Kosciusko Runners Association and the Kosciusko Community YMCA are partnering to host a 5K and half marathon on May 10 at the Kosciusko County Fairgrounds. Along with the “Run for Fun”, the event will also feature a Health and Wellness Expo and awards for top finishers. Also to help promote the event, the KRA is sponsoring a T-shirt design contest. Anyone may submit a design for the shirts that will be worn during the run and the winner will receive a hoodie with the design and may also receive a free pass into the event if interested. All entries must be received by the KRA no later than Feb. 15 and may be sent to bill@runkra.com or P.O. Box 572, Winona Lake, IN, 46590. With the entry, include name, age, mailing address and telephone number. The KRA and YMCA are also seeking volunteers to be on the course, and interested parties may inquire by contacting Mary Jo Branco at mjohanna_99@yahoo.com
