NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given, that the Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission shall hold a public hearing on a petition filed by Woodward Realty LP requesting an amendment to the Wayne Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, to reclassify from a Commercial District to a Residential District, the following real estate, located: 003-178-001.BS an South Side Pleasant grove, West 350 E and described as follows, to wit: Outlot number one (1) in Woodward Village, a Subdivision located in the northwest quarter of section 36, township 32 north, range 6 east (recorded range 5E). This change is requested to permit the above described real estate to be used for the purpose of Residential uses as defined by the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance. The hearing will be held at: Commissioners Room Court on Wednesday, July 7, 2010 at 1:00 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received in the Office of the Kosciusko County Planning Department, Court House, no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
