The Kosciusko County and Elkhart County Drainage Boards held a joint public hearing to establish a Joint Board for: Jonas Burkholder Drain Reconstruction: The meeting was held on July 27, 2023 at 10:00 A.M. on the 3rd floor in the old courtroom of the courthouse at 100 W Center St., Warsaw, In. 46580.
