Posted
Staff Report-
Kosciusko County Democrats will host an open house Friday from 3 to 7 p.m.
The office is at 417 E. Winona Ave., Warsaw, and is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
The open house is a free event open to the public. Cake and cookies will be served.
The Democrats are making the office into more than just a place to pick up a yard sign. It’s also a place people can register to vote online or by paper form, check the location on where you should vote, and check to see if you are indeed registered to vote.
They soon will offer a “Internet Cafe” in a lounge setting, complete with cable, coffee and soft drinks available.
The office has more than 2,500 square feet available.
“There will be something here for everyone,” county chairman Terry Bartley said. “We also have a large meeting space available to use for a small fee if needed.”
