The Kosciusko County and Noble County Drainage Boards held a public hearing to establish a Joint Board for: Turkey Creek: The meeting was held August 24, 2023 at 10:15 A.M. on the 3rd floor in the old courtroom of the courthouse at 100 W Center St., Warsaw, In. 46580. The following are the joint Drainage Board Members:
Anita Hess – Noble County
Gary Timmerman – Noble County
Cary Groninger – Kosciusko County
Steve Metzger – Kosciusko County
Craig Cultice – 5th Member – Marshall County
The joint board confirmed and approved the route for each county and accepted two tributaries into the Turkey Creek System.
The findings and order of the Joint Board are available for inspection in the office of the Kosciusko County Surveyor.
