NOTICE To Whom it may concern: The Kosciusko County Drainage Board will hold a public hearing to establish annual maintenance on Turkey Creek Drain. The proposed rate is $0.10 per acre and a $5.00 minimum with a total collection of $67,741.72. The meeting will be held May 23, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. in the multipurpose room in the basement of the County Justice Building. Not less than five days before the hearing, any owner of land named in the schedule of assessments may file with the Kosciusko County Drainage Board a written objection alleging that they are the owner of the land assessed as benefited and the benefits assessed against his land are excessive. Each objector may file written evidence in support of his objection. The failure of an owner to file an objection, constitutes a waiver of his right to subsequently object to any final action of the Board. The Kosciusko County Drainage Board address is 100 W.
