Kosciusko County Surveyor's Office September 10, 2010 To Whom It May Concern: The Kosciusko County Drainage Board will hold a public hearing for the proposed annual maintenance on the Rookstool Drain. The proposed rate per acre is $9.00 and the minimum is $20.00 per tract or lot. The meeting will be held on the 3rd floor, in the old Courtroom in the Courthouse, Warsaw, Kosciusko County, Indiana on September 23, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. Not less than five days before the hearing, any owner of land named in the schedule of assessments may file with the Board a written objection alleging that he is the owner of land assessed as benefited and the benefits assessed against his land are excessive. Each objector may file written evidence in support of his objection.
