KOSCIUSKO COUNTY SURVEYOR'S OFFICE Sept. 27, 2011 TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: The Kosciusko County Drainage Board held a public meeting on the Lemon Hall Drain on September 22, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. to establish annual maintenance. The Drainage Board approved the proposed assessment of $6.00 an acre and a $20.00 minimum. Also on the same day the Drainage Board moved to establish annual maintenance on the Polk Drain. The Board approved the proposed annual maintenance assessment for the Polk Drain of $5.00 an acre and a $20.00 minimum. The findings and order of the Board are available for inspection in the office of the County Surveyor. o1
