NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF SPECIAL COUNTY COUNCIL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Kosciusko County Council will hold a special meeting on August 20, 2015, at 6:30 pm, at the Kosciusko Courthouse, 100 West Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580, in the Old Courtroom located on the Third Floor.
