NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS
Notice is hereby given to taxpayers of Kosciusko County Solid Waste Management, Kosciusko County, Indiana, that the Kosciusko County Council, at the Courthouse, 100 W. Center St., Warsaw, on August 25, 2011, at 7:00 pm will conduct a public on the year 2012 budget. Following this meeting any ten or more taxpayers may object to a budget, tax rate, or tax levy by filing an objection petition with the proper officers of the political subdivision within seven days after the hearing. The objection petition must i dentify the provisions of the budget, tax rate, or tax levy that taxpayers object to. If a petition is filed, th e political sub division shall adopt with its budget a finding concerning the objections filed and testimony present ed. Following the aforementioned hearing, the Kosciusko County Council will meet at the Kosciusko County Courthouse, on Thursday, September 8, 2011, at 7:00 p.m. to adopt the following budget.
