NOTICE Notice is hereby given the taxpayers of Kosciusko County, Indiana, that the Kosciusko County Solid Waste Board of said County will meet at the District Office, 220 S Union St, Warsaw, Indiana at 12:00 PM on November 10, 2009 to consider the following additional appropriation in excess of the budget for the current year: Kosciusko County Solid Waste District - Operating 200-003 Repairs & Maintenance $25,337.00 Taxpayers appearing at the meeting shall have a right to be heard. The additional appropriations as finally approved will be referred to the Local Government Board of Finance. The Board will make a written determination as to the sufficiency of funds to support the appropriations made within fifteen (15) days of receipt of a certified copy of the action taken.
