NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION Notice is hereby given that the Kosciusko County Redevelopment Commission ("Commission") will hold a public hearing at 1:00 p.m. on September 10, 2015 at the Kosciusko County Court House, 100 West Center Street Warsaw, Indiana, on the third floor in the old Courtroom. The purpose of the public hearing is to consider the appropriation of an amount not to exceed $900,000 from the proceeds of the Commission’s Redevelopment District Bonds of 2015 (to be completed with the year in which issued and series designation, if any), and all investment earnings thereon, for the funding of the costs of the construction of road, fiber optics and infrastructure improvements, including all appurtenances, related improvements and equipment in, serving or benefitting the Co-Op Economic Development Area, funding a debt service reserve and capitalized interest and incidental expenses incurred in connection with the Project, including costs associated with the issuance of the Bonds. The foregoing appropriation is in addition to all appropriations provided for in the existing budget and tax levy. Taxpayers of the Kosciusko County Redevelopment District appearing at the meeting shall have the right to be heard in respect to this additional appropriation. Dated this 26th day of August, 2015.
