LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC TEST Notice is hereby given that the Public Test of the Direct Record Electronic and Optical Scan equipment to be used during the Indiana Municipal Election on November 8, 2011, will be conducted in the Kosciusko County Clerk’s office, 121 N.
