Kosciusko County (100 W Center Street, Warsaw, IN 46580) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities associated with a new office building and garage upgrades located at 2936 E Old Rd 30, Warsaw, IN 46582. Runoff from the project site will discharge into a pond located on the project site and Deeds Creek.
