You are hereby notified that on the 28th day of September, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. in the Commissioner's Hearing Room, 211d floor, Courthouse, 100 West Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana, the Board of Commissioners of Kosciusko County will conduct a hearing in regard to an application filed by Kosciusko County Rural Electric Membership Corp. for designation of the unincorporated areas of Kosciusko County, Indiana as an Infrastructure Development Zone pursuant to IC 6-1.1-12.5-4.
