STUTZMAN AND ALSO TO ANY AND ALL OWNERS OR HOLDERS OF ANY INTEREST IN REAL PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS 3113 EAST 1000 NORTH, SYRACUSE, INDIANA 46567 STATE OF INDIANA ss: COUNTY OF KOSCIUSKO Notice is hereby given to any and all heirs and devisees of Robert L. Stutzman, who died in or about 2014, and also to any and all owners or holders of any interest in real property commonly known as 3113 E. 1000 North, Syracuse, Indiana 46567, which is located in Kosciusko County, Indiana. The aforementioned property is in violation of Kosciusko County Ordinance No. 08-11-10-001, due to an accumulation of garbage/rubbish. Accordingly, you are HEREBY ORDERED to dispose of all garbage/rubbish located at the premises on or before the 30th day of September, 2014. If this Order is not complied with prior to the expiration of the time given above, the Kosciusko County Health Department will execute upon this Order by entering upon the aforementioned property and removing the garbage/rubbish located thereon.
