The aforementioned property is in violation of Kosciusko County Ordinance No. 08-11-10-001, due to an accumulation of garbage/rubbish thereon. Accordingly, you are HEREBY ORDERED to remove all garbage/rubbish from the said property on or before the 18th day of November, 2013. Failure to comply with this Order will necessitate formal court proceedings, and you should be aware that the above-referenced ordinance allows for a fine of up to One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) for the first violation and a fine of up to Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) for each subsequent violation, with each day following expiration of the time allowed by this Order for compliance being considered as a separate violation.
