NOTICE OF KOSCIUSKO COUNTY HEALTH DEPT. ORDER TO ANY AND ALL HEIRS AND DEVISEES OF ROBERT S. WENSLY AND ALSO TO ANY AND ALL OWNERS OR HOLDERS OF ANY INTEREST IN REAL PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS 3023 E. 100 N., WARSAW, INDIANA 46582 STATE OF INDIANA ss: COUNTY OF KOSCIUSKO Notice is hereby given to any and all heirs and devisees of Robert S. Wensly, who died May 29, 2009, and also to any and all owners or holders of any interest in real property commonly known as 3023 E. 100 N., Warsaw, Indiana 46582, which is located in Kosciusko County, Indiana and legally described as follows: The East Half of the following tract: Commencing at the Northwest corner of Section 12, Township 32 North, Range 6 East; running thence South 10-1/2 rods; thence East 10-1/4 rods; thence North 10-1/2 rods; thence West 10-1/4 rods to the Place of Beginning. The aforementioned property is HEREBY DECLARED to be unfit for human habitation due to want of repair and various defects pursuant to I.C. 16-41-20-1 and is further HEREBY DECLARED to be a public nuisance pursuant to I.C. 16-41-20-6. You are HEREBY ORDERED to immediately remove the structure located upon the aforementioned property along with its contents. You may request that this Order be reviewed by filing a petition with the Kosciusko County Circuit or Superior Court pursuant to I.C. 16-41-20-9. If review is not requested within the time required by I.C. 16-41-20-9 and if this Order is not complied with, the Kosciusko County Health Dept. will execute upon its Order by removing the structure located upon the aforementioned property along with its contents, and a civil action will be brought for all costs and expenses paid and/or incurred by the Kosciusko County Health Dept. in the execution of its Order.
