NOTICE OF BID REQUEST

Notice is hereby given that the Kosciusko County Health Department will from this date accept bids for the demolition and removal of the unsafe building (being a mobile home) located at 7262 West Racoon Lane, Claypool, IN 46510, including pumping and filling of any septic tank and/or drywell, capping of any wellhead, and grading and seeding, but excluding removal of concrete slab foundations. All garbage and debris must be removed from the premises. Work is to be completed on or before December 28, 2017.
Sealed bids will be received by the Kosciusko County Health Department, 100 West Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580, until 3:00 PM prevailing local time on the 12th day of December, 2017. All bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud in the Kosciusko Courthouse at 100 West Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580, on the 12th day of December, 2017, at 3:00 PM, in the Old Courtroom located on the Second Floor.
Bids shall be clearly marked “Sealed Bid/7262 West Racoon Lane Demolition and Debris Removal”, and mailed or hand-delivered to the Kosciusko County Health Department, 100 West Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580.
The right is hereby reserved to reject any and all bids, to delete any portion thereof, or waive irregularities in the bidding process.
