Notice is hereby given that the public test of the direct record electronic and optical scan equipment to be used during the Municipal Election on November 5, 2019 will be conducted in the Kosciusko County Clerk's Office, 121 N Lake St, Room D162, Warsaw, IN 46580 on October 1, 2019 at 8:30a.m.
