KOSCIUSKO COUNTY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Kosciusko County ("County") Economic Development Commission ("Commission") will hold a public hearing at 1:00 p.m. on November 14, 2013, in the courtroom at 100 W. Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana regarding financing the construction/extension of road infrastructure located in or physically connected to the Trupointe Cooperative, Inc. Economic Development Area ("Area"), as well as: (i) the issuance and sale of bonds known as the Kosciusko County, Indiana Economic Development Revenue Bonds, Series 2013 (Trupointe Project) ("Bonds") in the aggregate principal amount not to exceed Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000) to finance all or a portion of the Project and to pay costs of issuance and capitalized interest; and (ii) to consider whether this financing will have an adverse competitive effect on any similar facilities already located or operating in the County. The Bonds will be issued by the County pursuant to IC 36-7-11.9, IC 36-7-12, IC 36-7-14 and IC 36-7-25, and an ordinance adopted by the County Council. The Bonds will not be a general obligation of the County and will not be payable in any manner by taxation. The Bonds are proposed to be payable solely from tax increment collected in the Area. Proceeds of the Bonds will be used for the construction of the Project to be located in the County on County Road 100 E., from County Road 1300 N. to County Road 1400 N. The public hearing is being held and notice given pursuant to Indiana Code 36‑7‑12‑24. The public is invited to attend and comment on any of the matters herein noted. Written comments may also be submitted to the Secretary of the Commission at or prior to the hearing on November 14, 2013, by delivering such comments to the office of the Auditor, 100 West Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580.
