The Kosciusko County Drainage Board held a public hearing to consider converting a mutual drain into a regulated drain as petitioned by a landowner. The petitioned mutual drain is part of the Coppess drain system in VanBuren Township. The board approved the petition as proposed.
The findings and order of the Board are available for inspection in the office of the County Surveyor.
