The Kosciusko and Fulton County Drainage Boards (Wabash County has land in the watershed area but waived their rights) held a joint public hearing on March 28, 2019 at 10:00 AM on the following drain to increase annual maintenance:
SILVEUS DRAIN
The Joint Drainage Board approved the proposed assessment of $9.00 per acre with a $50.00 minimum for 3 years and then reduce the rate to $5.00 per acre and a $25.00 minimum with a 4 year accumulated balance.
The findings and order of the Joint Board are available for inspection in the office of the Kosciusko County Surveyor.
