WARSAW, IN 46580 TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: The Kosciusko County Drainage Board will hold a public hearing for the annual maintenance on the Davisson Drain on April 26, 2012 at 9:00 am. The proposed rate is $4.00 per acre and a $20.00 minimum with a total collection of $11,141.24. The present rate is $1.25 per acre and a $5.00 minimum with a total collection of $3,459.64 has been at this rate since 1993. The meeting will be held in the old Courtroom on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse. Not less than five days before the hearing, any owner of land named in the schedule of assessments may file with the Board a written objection alleging that he is the owner of land assessed as benefited and the benefits assessed against his land are excessive. Each objector may file written evidence in support of his objection.
