The Kosciusko County Drainage Board held a public hearing on November 16, 2017 at 9:00 am on the following drain to establish a reconstruction and maintenance.
Burgener Drain
The Drainage Board approved the reconstruction with the following rates: $345.38 per acre: $230.25 per acre and $172.69 per acre. Estimated cost of reconstruction is $43,312.86.
The Drainage Board approved the proposed assessment of $5.00 an acre with $25.00 minimum and an 8 year accumulated balance.
The findings and order of the Board are available for inspection in the office of the County Surveyor.
