Cy Long Drain: The proposed rate is $2.50 per acre with a $25.00 minimum with a total annual collection of $3558.83. The meetings will be held March 23, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. on the 3rd day of old courtroom of the courthouse at 100 W Center St., Warsaw, IN 46580. Not less than five days before the hearing, any owner of land named in the schedule of assessments may file with the Kosciusko County Drainage Board a written objection alleging that they are the owner of land assessed as benefited and the benefits assessed against his land are excessive. Each objector may file written evidence in support of his objection.
