The Kosciusko County Drainage Board held 3 pubic meetings on October 27, 2016 at 9:00 am on the following drains to increase annual maintenance: Omar Neff Plain Earl Wallace Andrew Yeager The Drainage Board approved the proposed assessment of $5.00 an acre with a $25.00 minimum and a 8 year accumulated balance on the Omar Neff Plain Drain. The Drainage Board approved the proposed assessment of $2.00 an acre with a $25.00 minimum and a 8 year accumulated balance on the Earl Wallace Drain. The Drainage Board approved the proposed assessment of $1.00 an acre with a $25.00 minimum and a 8 year accumulated balance on the Andrew Yeager Drain.
