The Kosciusko County Drainage Board held two public hearings on September 28, 2017 at 9:00 AM on the following drains to increase annual maintenance:
HAINES ALSPAUGH
The Drainage Board approved the proposed assessment of $5.00 an acre with $25.00 minimum and an 8 year accumulated balance. This is a joint drain with Wabash County and they have waived their rights to be represented.
BOCKMAN
The Drainage Board approved the proposed assessment of $9.38 an acre with $25.00 minimum and an 8 year collection.
The findings and order of the Board are available for inspection in the office of the County Surveyor.
