TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: The Kosciusko County Drainage Board held 2 public meetings on March 23, 2017 at 9:00 am on the following drains to increase annual maintenance: Carles Achor Cy Long The Drainage Board approved the proposed assessment of $2.50 an acre with a $25.00 minimum and a 4 year accumulated balance on the Carles Achor Drain. The Drainage Board approved the assessment of $2.00 an acre with a $20.00 minimum and a 4 year accumulated balance on the Cy Long Ditch.
