NOTICE Notice is hereby given the taxpayers of Kosciusko County, Indiana, that the County Council of said County will meet at the Kosciusko County Courthouse, 100 W Center Street, 3rd Floor Courtroom, Warsaw, Indiana at 7:00 PM on August 13, 2009 to consider the following reductions of the budget for the current year: Highway - MVH 204-22037-000-052 Bituminous $360,000.00 204-22043-000-052 Stone, Gravel & Other Aggr. $240,000.00 204-22052-000-052 Gravel Road Improvements $ 60,000.00 204-36004-000-052 Equipment Rental $ 15,000.00 Taxpayers appearing at the meeting shall have a right to be heard. The additional appropriations as finally approved will be referred to the Local Government Board of Finance. The Board will make a written determination as to the sufficiency of funds to support the appropriations made within fifteen (15) days of receipt of a certified copy of the action taken.
