NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given, that the Kosciusko County Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a public hearing, on a petition remanded back to the Board of Zoning Appeals by the Kosciusko County Superior Court #1 Judge, (Case Number 09130V - Kosciusko County Board of Zoning Appeals, Cause Number 43D01-0910-PL-208 - Kosciusko County Superior Court #1), filed by Stephen E. Vargo requesting a Variance from the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance to allow: Residence additions (new roof adding cubic content & Decking addition), at 16'3" from the road right-of-way, 0.8 feet from a west side property line, and 0.8 feet from an east side property line. Property Location: Key # 005-051-018, located at 35 EMS W23 Lane, North Webster, Indiana and lying on the south side of EMS W23 Lane 386 feet Southeast of Backwater Road, on the southwestern side of Backwater Lake. Property is also known as lot 9 in the Plat of Backwater Gardens Webster Lake, and strip of land along water's edge, and tract south of lot 9. This hearing will be in the Multi-Purpose Room, in the basement of the Kosciusko County Justice Building, 121 N. Lake Street, Warsaw, Indiana, on Tuesday the 13th day of April, 2010 at 10:00 A.M.
