NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS Notice is hereby given the taxpayers of Kosciusko County, Indiana, that the County Council of said County will meet at the Kosciusko County Courthouse, 100 W Center Street, 3rd Floor Courtroom, Warsaw, Indiana at 7:00 PM on March 13, 2014 to consider the following additional appropriations in excess of the budget for the current year: Highway – MVH General 1176-20000-000-0050 Supplies $85,000.00 Highway – MVH Maintenance & Repairs 1176-20000-000-0051 Supplies $200,000.00 1176-10000-000-0051 Personal Service $15,000.00 Problem Solving Court Fee 2506-30000-000-0000 Other Services & Charges $22,150.00 Taxpayers appearing at the meeting shall have a right to be heard. The additional appropriations as finally approved will be referred to the Local Government Board of Finance. The Board will make a written determination as to the sufficiency of funds to support the appropriations made within fifteen (15) days of receipt of a certified copy of the action taken.
