NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS Notice is hereby given the taxpayers of Kosciusko County, Indiana, that the County Council of said County will meet at the Kosciusko County Courthouse, 100 W Center Street, 3rd Floor Courtroom, Warsaw, Indiana at 7:00 PM on August 8, 2013 to consider the following additional appropriations in excess of the budget for the current year: Clerk Document Storage Fee 1119-30000-000-0000 Other Services $30,000.00 1119-40000-000-0000 Capital Outlay $5,000.00 Health Clinic Administrative 4014-34008-000-0000 Rent of Buildings $4,179.99 Jury Fee 2502-31040-000-0044 Jury Per Diem/Travel $6,266.60 County General - Coroner 1000-31013-000-0010 X-rays/Labs $26,000.00 Taxpayers appearing at the meeting shall have a right to be heard. The additional appropriations as finally approved will be referred to the Local Government Board of Finance. The Board will make a written determination as to the sufficiency of funds to support the appropriations made within fifteen (15) days of receipt of a certified copy of the action taken.
