NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given, that the Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission shall hold a public hearing on a petition filed by Alma & Anna May Yoder requesting subdivision and Plat approval for the following real estate, located 023-023-003.C an North Side of Hepton Road and 950 Feet West of 850 West and described as follows, to wit: A part of the southwest quarter of section 12, township 34 north, range 4 east, situated in Scott Township, Kosciusko County, State of Indiana, and being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a railroad spike monumenting the southwest corner of said Section 12; thence due north along the west line of the southwest quarter of said section 12, a distance of 241.71 feet to a railroad spike; thence south 89 degrees 12 minutes eats along the centerline of County Road 1200 North, a distance of 1659.59 feet to a railroad spike marking the place of beginning of this description; thence due north 295.18 feet to an iron stake; thence west parallel with the south line of said section 12, 727.86 feet; thence south parallel with the west line of said section 12, 295.18 feet to the centerline of said County Road 1200 North; thence east along the centerline of said County Road 1200 North, 737.86 feet to the place of beginning. This hearing will be held at Commissioners Room Court on Wednesday, August 4, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard.
