NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given, that the Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission shall hold a public hearing on a petition filed by Alma Stutzman requesting an amendment to the Scott Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, to reclassify from an Agriculture District to an Agriculture 2 District, the following real estate, located: 023-023-003.C an North Side Hepton Rd, 950' West 850 W and described as follows, to wit: A part of the southwest quarter (SW 1/4) of section 12, township 34 north, range 4 east, situate in Scott Township, Kosciusko County, State of Indiana, and being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a railroad spike monumenting the southwest corner of said section 12; thence due north along the west line of the southwest quarter (SW 1/4) of said section 12, a distance of 241.71 feet to a railroad spike; thence south 89 degrees 12 minutes east along the centerline of County Road 1200 North, a distance of 1659.59 feet to a railroad spike marking the place of beginning of this description; thence due north 295.18 feet to an iron stake; thence west parallel with the south line of said section 12, 737.86 feet; thence south parallel with the est line of said section, 295.18 feet to the centerline of said County Road 1200 North; thence east along the centerline of said County Road 1200 North, 737.86 feet to the place of beginning of this description. This change is requested to permit the above described real estate to be used for the purpose of Agricultural II uses as defined by the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance. The hearing will be held at: Commissioners Room Court on Wednesday, July 7, 2010 at 1:00 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received in the Office of the Kosciusko County Planning Department, Court House, no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
