NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given, that the Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission shall hold a public hearing on a petition filed by Clay Rassi requesting subdivision and Plat approval for the following real estate, located 007-018-014.C an South Side of County Road 1400 N & 160 Feet North of Shore Lane and described as follows, to wit: A tract of land in the north half of section 5, township 34 north, range 7 east, Turkey Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana, described as: Commencing at the northeast corner of said section 5; thence north 89 degrees 34 minutes west 2603.20 feet along the north line of said section 5, to a point; thence north 90 degrees 00'00" west, 155.25 feet, along said north line to the place of beginning; thence south 00 degrees 11 minutes east 275.00 feet to a 5/8" capped rebar; thence north 00 degrees 11 minutes west, 275.00 feet to a PK nail on the north line of said section 5; thence due east (assumed bearing) on said north line, 332.65 feet to the point of beginning. Excepting the north 25.00 feet therefrom, for roadway purposes. Containing 1.91 acres, more or less. Subject to any and all facts that may be disclosed by a full and accurate title search.
