NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given, that the Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission shall hold a public hearing on a petition filed by Maurice & Doris Dorsey requesting an amendment to the Tippecanoe Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, to reclassify from a Residential District to a Commercial District, the following real estate, located: 005-055-014. an East Side SR 13, North of 500N and described as follows, to wit: The south 500' of the west 350' of the west 1/2 of the southwest 1/4 of section 14, twp 33 north, range 7 east, Kosciusko County, Indiana. This change is requested to permit the above described real estate to be used for the purpose of Commercial uses as defined by the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance. The hearing will be held at: Commissioners Room Court on Wednesday, September 2, 2009 at 1:00 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received in the Office of the Kosciusko County Planning Department, Court House, no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
