NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given, that the Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission shall hold a public hearing on a petition filed by Kenneth Mullet requesting Subdivision and Plat approval for the following real estate, located 033-015-007, 6 & 2.B an West 750 S & 0 Feet south of 1350 N and described as follows, to wit: LOT NUMBERED TWO (2) AS THE SAID LOT IS KNOWN AND DESIGNATED ON THE RECORDED PLAT OF CUNNINGHAM SUBDIVISION INI JEFFERSON TOWNSHIP; SAID PLAT BEING RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 51, IN THE OFFICES OF THE RECORDER OF KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, INDIANA, SUBJECT TO ALL EASEMENTS, RESTRICTIONS, COVENANTS AND RIGHT OF WAYS OF RECORD.
