NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given, that the Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission shall hold a public hearing on a petition filed by Barb Mayall requesting Subdivision and Plat approval for the following real estate, located 027-055-004.E an on the North Side of County Road 1100 North and described as follows, to wit: Part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 14, Township 34 North, Range 6 East, Kosciusko County, Indiana, being more particularly described as follows, to wit: Commencing at a railroad spike found at the Southwest comer of said Southwest Quarter; thence N90° -00'-00"E (assumed bearing and used as the basis of bearings for this description), on and along the South line of said Southwest Quarter, a distance of 660.00 feet to a Mag nail at the Southeast corner of a certain tract of land as recorded in Document Number 2009100810 in the records of Kosciusko County, Indiana, said Mag nail being at the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing N90°·00'·00"E, on and along said South line, being within the right of way of County Road 1100 North, a distance of 550.00 feet to a Mag nail found; thence N37°-30'-02"W, a distance of B91.11 feet to a 5/8·inch iron pin capped "Walker" at the Northeast comer of said tract of land in Document Number 2009100810; thence S00º36'-34"W, on and along the East line of said tract of land in Document Number 2009100810, a distance of 707.00 feet to the point of beginning, containing 4.463 acres of land, more or less, subject to legal right of way for County Road 1100 North, subject to all legal drain easements, and all other easements of record. The hearing will be held in the Commissioners Court Room on Wednesday, October 2, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard.
