NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is Hereby Given, that the Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission Shall Hold A Public Hearing on a Petition Filed by Tim Lowman Requesting Subdivision and Plat Approval for the Following Real Estate, 003-033-016.H and North Side of Oakwood Drive & 94.5 Feet East of Indian Trail and Described as Follows, To Wit: The Following Real Estate, 010-108-012, 010-108-005, & 010-108-001 and Located on the S.
