NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given, that the Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission shall hold a public hearing on a petition filed by Ryan & Erin Tucker requesting an amendment to the Lake Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, to reclassify from a Commercial District to a Residential District, the following real estate, located: 018-066-062.1 an South Side Main St., West of High St and described as follows, to wit: The East One-Third of Lot Number 43 in Shaw's Addition to the Town of Silver Lake, Kosciusko County, Indiana. This change is requested to permit the above described real estate to be used for the purpose of Residential uses as defined by the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance.
