NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given, that the Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission shall hold a public hearing on a petition fined by Jerry & Betty Sipe, Bob Sutton - Agent requesting the vacation of a lakeside portion of property located between Lot #5 and Silver Lake, located in the Plat of Courtland Park, located on the on the eastern side of Silver Lake in Lake Township, Town of Silver Lake, Kosciusko County, Indiana, The property being situated in the Plat of Courtland Park, Kosciusko County, Indiana, and described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 5 and thence Westward along the North lot line of Lot 5, extended, a distance of approximately 40 feet to the low water mark of Silver Lake; thence Southerly along the low water mark of Silver Lake a distance of 40 feet; thence Easterly along the South line of Lot 5, extended, at distance of 35 feet to the Southwest comer of Lot 5; thence North along the West line of platted Lot 5 to the place of beginning. The hearing will be held in the Commissioners Room, on the 3rd floor of the Kosciusko County Courthouse, Warsaw, Indiana, on Wednesday the 3rd day of February, 2010 at 1:00 P.M.
