NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given, that the Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission shall hold a public hearing on a petition filed by Kenneth & Vera Mullet requesting Subdivision and Plat approval for the following real estate, located 033-015-002.F an south side of County Road 1350 North and east of County Road 750 W and described as follows, to wit: Lot numbered two (2) as the said lot is known and designated on the recorded plat of Cunningham Subdivision in Jefferson Township; said plat being record in Plat Book 10, page 51, in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana, subject to all easements, restrictions, covenants and right of ways of record.
