NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given, that the Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission shall hold a public hearing on a petition filed by Daniel & Erin McKibbin requesting an amendment to the Harrison Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, to reclassify from a Residential District to an Agriculture District, the following real estate, located: 013-002-012. an South Side Old 30, 270' West Highland PL and described as follows, to wit: Tract I: A tract of the southwest quarter of section 2, and the northwest quarter of section 11, all in township 32 north, range 5 east, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the west line of the southwest quarter of said section 2, township 32 north, range 5 east, at its point of intersection with the south right of way line of Old US Highway 30; running thence east on the south line of said road, 140 feet; thence south 300 feet to the north bank of the Tippecanoe River; thence southwesterly along the north bank of said river, 140 feet, more or less, to the intersection with the west line of section 11; thence north on the west line of section 11 and section 2, to the Place of Beginning. and A tract of land in the southeast quarter of section 3, township 32 north, range 5 east, Harrison Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana, more particularly described as follow: Beginning at the intersection of the east line of the southeast quarter of said section 3 and the south right-of-way line of Old US Highway 30, point being 0.32 feet north of a railroad iron; thence south 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds west (recorded and assumed bearing for this description), along the east line of said southeast quarter, 181.40 feet to an iron pin; thence north 85 degrees 25 minutes 36 seconds west, parallel with said south right-of-way, 300.00 feet to an iron pin; thence north 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds east, parallel with the east line of said southeast quarter, 181.40 feet to an iron pin on said south right-of-way; thence south 85 degrees 25 minutes 36 seconds east, along said south right-of-way, 300.00 feet to the point of beginning. This change is requested to permit the above described real estate to be used for the purpose of Agricultural uses as defined by the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance.
